Before Work Begins

Customers may request a refund before research work begins.

Delivery Issue

If a paid brief is not delivered within one business day and the customer does not want to continue, Prospect Sprint will refund the purchase.

Completed Briefs

Because Foundation Prospect Briefs are custom research deliverables, completed and delivered briefs are generally not refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
